After your order has been placed, your website will be available straight away on a temporary address.
Our offer includes a personal domain name that you can choose inside your client’s area. Once selected, your website will be transferred to this address within 48 hours.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and your website will be available online.
You will also have access to our customization platform that will allow you to manage every aspect of your website.

  • Content customization: Our team of copyrighters have drafted generic texts relevant to your profession. However, you are more than welcome to submit content that you have written yourself in order to enhance the level of customization of your website.
  • Picture customization: You can upload pictures of your surgery and members of your staff. In order to keep a professional design and appearance, we recommend using high quality pictures that have been taken in lighting conditions similar to a studio environment.
  • Service offer customization : We have prepared a list of services that are commonly offered in your area of expertise and we added a short descriptive text. You can choose which of these services you want to feature on your website. You can also add other services very easily.
  • Staff members : All our websites feature a "staff" section that will put each member of your team forward. It also gives your website a more personal touch. Here again, you have total control over the pictures and biography.
  • Contacts details and opening hours: The address of your surgery, hours of operation and other information related to your business can be customized.

Our websites are available in French, English, Dutch and Spanish. We are currently working on adding even more languages.
Standard orders come with 2 languages of your choice. You can add another language for a small fee on the checkout page.
If you choose to send us customized texts, it is your responsibility to submit the accompanying translation so that your website remains consistent in all languages.

Absolutely not! You are free to discontinue our services at any time by submitting a simple request in our client’s area. A 50 euro administrative fee will automatically be added to your final bill.

All our products are very intuitive and easy to use. After your order has been approved, one of our consultants will contact you and guide you through the different features of our tools. He will remain at your service should you have any further inquiries.

The number of SMS that can be sent per month is limited to 500. This represents approximately 20 appointments a day and should be more than enough even for the busiest schedules. However, if you think you need more SMS, contact us for a customized offer.

No! Your patients will only see selected open slots for a specific day during your working hours. None of your personal information or those of your patients are made public.
